Phone is fastest during business hours — most calls are answered live, and the same number accepts text messages if that is easier for you. Form submissions are reviewed throughout the day and answered the same business day, usually within one hour during operating hours. Email works well for non-urgent inquiries, scope changes after a quote, document requests, and commercial bid packages where attachments are easier than typing into a form. Whichever channel you use, your message goes to the scheduling team directly — not a national call center, not an answering service, and not a shared lead-generation platform.
Service Hours and Response Time
We work Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central. The phone is staffed live during those hours; voicemails and form submissions left after hours are returned the next business day, usually first thing in the morning. We are closed on Sundays and on the four major federal holidays each year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Christmas) — messages received during a closure are answered when we open. Most quotes are delivered the same business day. After-hours requests are quoted the next business day.
What Happens After You Reach Out
Once we connect by phone or message, we ask a short set of questions: which surfaces you want cleaned, the approximate size of each area, the condition (heavy mildew, oil staining, hard-water deposits, and so on), and your preferred timeframe. For straightforward residential work we usually quote on the call. For larger projects, multi-surface jobs, or commercial properties we schedule a free on-site visit, walk the property with you, and follow up with a written quote within 24 hours.
Once you approve the quote, residential service is typically scheduled within two to four business days. Commercial and recurring contract work is often faster. On the day of service we arrive in marked vehicles, do a walkthrough with you to confirm the scope, protect any landscaping or fixtures that need it, complete the cleaning, and finish with a final walkthrough plus before-and-after photos delivered by text.
Payment, Insurance, and Documentation
Standard residential payment is due on completion of the job. We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit and debit cards. For commercial clients we can invoice with NET-30 terms and accept ACH transfers in addition to cards and checks. Recurring contract clients receive a single monthly statement covering all visits in the period.
We carry over one million dollars in general liability insurance plus workers' compensation for our entire team. Certificates of insurance are available on request — most HOAs, property managers, and commercial property owners ask for one before approving a vendor, and we can issue named-additional-insured certificates within one business day.
